Musician and producer Mark Ronson has teamed up with Frida Giannini, the creative director of Gucci, to launch a new trainer collection. The Gucci Ronson collection features a stunning array of 17 exclusive styles, of which 15 are for men and two are for the ladies. Giannini speaks of the collaboration greatly: "From the moment Mark and I started talking about this project we connected. He has a great eye for design and an amazing knowledge of sneaker history. He is an artist whose influence is cross-cultural and cross-generational."
The collection will be available at the new London shop on Covent Garden's Earlham Street on Wednesday, April 22nd. Of course, Gucci has to open it up in style. Therefore, a cocktail party is only sufficient...right? Guests will then head over to Ronnie Scotts for a live performance of sensational music. GUCCI!

Designer firearms. Luxury brands and badass guns collide in Justin
Melnick’s ‘Arm Me.’ Guns have never been very fashionable, but this
shoot may change that. Luxury brands will slap their logos on
everything, so why not firearms? Justin Melnick’s ‘Arm Me’ proves that
it can, and should be done. How many woman would want to buy a pistol
or assault rifle just because it has the Louis Vuitton logo on it? The
answer is many. Keep your eyes peeled, I guarantee we’ll see
mannequins in stores holding branded AK-47s in no time.
